Each of our summer programs are tailored to be age appropriate and flexible to serve the needs of each child. With each new year, children “graduate” to a higher division, where they encounter new adventures, excitement, and challenges, all built on the CGI hallmarks of safety, fun, and unconditional love.
Discoverers (ages 6 weeks-4)
Explorers - entering K5, 1st & 2nd grade
Trail Blazers - entering 3rd & 4th grade
Pioneers - entering 5th, 6th & 7th grade
Our daily combination of Sports, Art, Swimming, and Trips has children motivated, excited and on-their-toes. Summer highlights include Create-a-Camp, where kids custom design a part of their day; weekly trips, like boating, chess, scrapbooking, and improv; plus overnights and adventure programming for our Pioneers. To run our specialized programming, CGI employs 20 coaches, swim instructors, artists and specialists, and offers a host of extra curricular activities and programs for the entire family. Explorers (children entering K5 to 2nd grade)
Our Explorers division combines the best of early childhood care and the broad array of CGI activities. In creating this division, we have carefully designed a "camp-within-a-camp", which broadens the children's horizons and is mindful of their age and emotional and physical needs. Experienced early childhood professionals staff this division of camp.
(entering 3rd to 4th grade)
Our second division is fully integrated into the camp program, and benefits from our twenty coaches, swim instructors, artists and specialists, and features longer trips and expanded nature programming.
(entering 5th to 7th grade)
Special programming for campers entering 5th -7th graders include:

• Adventure Programming and Outdoor Living
Discoverers (ages 2-4)
Sometimes, little packages have big needs--like love, nurturing, play, and development. At CGI, our early childhood professionals are warm and loving, and focus on developing your child’s motor skills and social interactions. From sports and outdoor play, to art and music, your little one’s will be showered with love, while will be cared for by trained specialists expanding their horizons in art, physical activity and swimming. Our flexible schedules, extended care options, hot lunches and convenient location make it even easier for you to take advantage of this great program. Hot Lunches Optional.
