2015-2016 Mitzvah Corps Line-Up

One Sunday For Israel

Sunday, November 1st @ 4:30 - Drop off at Brown Deer Lanes
Our hearts and minds are with our brothers and sisters in Israel. Our extended Jewish family is under fire.
Is there anything we can do? Most of us are hundreds or thousands of miles away, in our own communities.
Yet our very being cries out: How can we help?

Join the Mitzvah Corps, in conjunction with Chabad Terror Victims Project,
as we bowl to raise money for victims of terror in Israel.

Blanket Milwaukee

Tuesday, November 17th @ 5pm - Drop off at the Shul

Volunteers will be creating no-sew fleece blankets to be used on cold winter nights.
When blankets are complete they will be distributed to those in need around Milwaukee.

Chanukah At Chai Point

Thursday, December 10th @ 5pm - Drop off at the Shul

We will venture over to Chai Point and play dreidel with the residents and hand out Chanukah gelt.
It will be a wonderful holiday celebration followed by a Chanukah bash At The SHUL.

Fruit Galore

Wednesday, January 20th @ 5pm - Drop off at the Shul
We will kick-off our 4th Mitzvah Mission in honor of the upcoming holiday of Tu B'Shvat!
During this mission, the holiday will be celebrated as we work on fruit art and distribute
it to our friends in the community

Gifts Of Love & Snowtubing

Monday, February 15th or 29th @ 9am - Drop off at the Shul
We will start the day with the PERFECT winter Mitzvah Mission! Volunteers will make and deliver
a nice meal to the home-bound. After starting the day on the right foot, volunteers will
enjoy the rest of the day on the slopes, while snowtubing at Sunburst!

Game Night

Wednesday, March 16th @ 5pm - Drop off at the Shul
Our volunteers and friends will join us for our ever popular game night!
Another chance for everyone to bond in a fun way!

Passover Food Drive

Thursday, April 6th @ 5pm - Drop off at the Shul

It is an enormous mitzvah to give food to those in need during the holiday of Passover.
Volunteers will help by collecting Passover food items, packing everything up in boxes, and
helping to distribute the boxes.
